Why You Should Care

I have worked as a prosecutor in big cities and small towns and I have learned that bad things happen to good people everywhere. The burning question that everyone should ask themselves is this: "if the person you loved most in this world is murdered tonight, who would you want at the crime scene advising local law enforcement, and who do you want giving the closing argument in the courtroom?"  The answer to this question will tell you who the next District Attorney should be.  The answer to this question is Jon David.

We are talking about nothing less than the safety of our families and the quality of justice in our area.  I have a genuine commitment to making our community a safer place, and, where crime does occur, I will work diligently to ensure that justice is done. The District Attorney has a tremendous amount of discretion in deciding which cases to prioritize and how to handle them. The area is experiencing unprecedented growth, and with it, the reality that increased crime and new problems are on the horizon. I have the experience and dedication to meet the challenges of today and I am eager to confront the trials of tomorrow.
